The “Regulation 27 – Notification of a Serious Event” training is designed for staff working in Supported Accommodation settings under the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.
This course equips participants with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to identify, report, and manage serious events in compliance with Regulation 27.
Staff will learn the legal and procedural requirements for notifications, how to ensure timely and accurate reporting, and how to use this process to strengthen safeguarding, transparency, and inspection readiness within their service.
