The “Regulation 24 – Young People’s Case Records Training” is designed for staff working in Supported Accommodation settings under the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.
This course provides participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to maintain accurate, confidential, and effective case records for young people.
Learners will understand the legal and regulatory requirements of Regulation 24, the importance of GDPR compliance and confidentiality, and how to use case records as a tool to support, safeguard, and evidence positive outcomes for young people in care.
