Rooted in attachment theory and trauma-informed care, the course emphasises building safe, nurturing environments, developing secure relationships, and responding to behaviour with empathy and consistency. Staff will gain practical strategies for emotional regulation, compassionate discipline, and trauma recovery, while also learning to reflect on their own practice, manage stress, and work collaboratively with multi-agency teams.
