The training “Implementing Regulation 7 – The Support Standard” provides residential childcare staff and managers with a clear understanding of how to deliver personalised, holistic support in line with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015. The course focuses on promoting children’s physical and emotional health, education, identity, relationships, and independence through structured support planning and reflective practice. Participants will learn how to co-produce care plans, evidence progress, and meet Ofsted expectations for high-quality, child-centred care.
