The training “Regulation 10 – Workforce Plan” provides supported accommodation managers and leaders with the knowledge and tools to develop, implement, and evaluate an effective Workforce Plan in line with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023. The course explores the purpose and regulatory expectations of workforce planning, focusing on recruitment, induction, supervision, training, and performance monitoring. Participants will learn how to align workforce development with their service’s Statement of Purpose, demonstrate compliance during inspections, and build a confident, competent, and consistent team to deliver high-quality care.
