The Code of Conduct & Professional Boundaries training provides residential childcare and supported accommodation staff with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to maintain safe, ethical, and professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues. The course explores the legal and regulatory framework—including the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023, and Ofsted SCCIF—while teaching staff how to apply boundaries confidently in daily practice. Participants learn how to recognise inappropriate behaviour, manage boundary challenges, uphold safeguarding responsibilities, and contribute to a culture of professionalism, safety, and accountability within their service.
